Shipping Policy

NOTEWe are working quickly and safely to get your order to you. However, due to increased order volumes and COVID-19, delays may occur.


We aim to process all orders within 2 business days once order is placed, pending approval and merchandise availability.  Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). All orders are shipped from Fountain Valley, California.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

Below are the shipping method options and cost associated with each order shipment.

Orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska via Two-Day or One-Day Shipping may need one additional day for delivery.


Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority standard shipping. We are unable to offer expedited shipping options for P.O. Box addresses.


Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.  Please note that transit times may take up to 45 days. 


At this time, Cutters can only ship to valid U.S. addresses.  Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or U.S. Territories.


Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you.  You will receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge once products are processed and shipped.


Cutters observes the following US holidays and orders will not be processed or shipped during these Holidays.

  • New Year's Day (01/03/22)
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas (12/23/22 & 12/26/22)

Once order has been processed and shipped, Cutters cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to factors outside its control, including but not limited to interruptions to service provider networks or weather conditions. Cutters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
