Shipping Information


  • We utilize FedEx for all our shipping as of February 3, 2025. If you placed an order before that date, your order may be delivered by another carrier.

  • If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please reference the following processes and steps:Visit our Return Portal to process your return

    1. Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date of shipment, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.
    2. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
    3. All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from CuttersSports.com can be returned to us. (no third party retailer returns).
    4. Certain products that are marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
    5. *Please Note That the Initial Shipping Cost Will NOT be Refunded*
  • FedEx Ground Economy will deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses with FedEx 2-Day Air or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping methods.

  • We try to ensure all orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days, pending merchandise availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Note: We may become backlogged during sale events and holidays, which could increase the order processing time.

  • At this time, Cutters can only ship to valid U.S. addresses. We do not ship internationally

  • There is a small chance that the missing item(s) you ordered were out of stock when you order was being fulfilled. Please contact customer service at cs@cutterssports.com for assistance with additional questions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


You may initiate a return within 60 days of the delivery of your item. Products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Please allow up to 30 business days for your exchange to be processed. If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us at cs@cutterssports.com or 1-800-2333-6956, prior to sending these items back. 

New and unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached up to 60 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping and handling.

⚠️Important: Please do not combine returns in one package. Each return label is uniquely linked to a specific item, and only the item associated with that label will be processed. Combining items may result in delays or unprocessed returns.

  • If you received a new credit card number from the same issuing bank, it will not be a problem to refund your credit card. Just like all pending payment transactions carry forward onto your new card, so will your refunds.

    However, if you closed the account with that issuing bank and opened a new credit card with a different bank, please contact us at cs@cutterssports.com before sending back your return.

  • Make an exchange for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s), via our Return Portal.

    Follow the instructions provided, which will allow you to print your free return label and/or select your new item(s).

    **Please note: when making an exchange, select "Return this item" to begin the exchange process. At that point, you can browse our online shop to select the new item you wish to exchange your current item for.

    Package the unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s), and bring the package to any authorized shipping location. Once received at our warehouse, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your refund. The time it will take for the refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card varies.

  • Most banks take 3-6 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your available balance. While 3-6 business days is standard, some banks can take much longer. If you use multiple cards for your online transactions, please be sure you are checking the correct account. If you used PayPal to checkout, your refund will go back to your PayPal account. You then have the option to use that amount for any future payment via PayPal or you may transfer it to your bank account.


PRODUCT CARE


  • C-TACK® Performance Grip Material is the only one where the grip is part of the material. This innovation not only creates a strong grip, but a grip that is self-restoring and performs in all weather conditions. When your Cutters Gloves get dirty, simply machine wash or wipe down with a damp towel and your grip will be restored.

    We are the pioneers of performance grip material. Although other companies have attempted to meet our standards, they don't match our grip, durability, or overall performance. Our technology is a trade secret.

  • C-TACK® performs well in all weather conditions, including wet and cold weather. The key is not to have surface water build up. So, if it is raining hard, shake the surface water off the gloves. If your gloves get muddy, wipe them down to clean for the grip to be restored. In cold weather, C-TACK® performs well ‚ it will not harden.

  • During a practice or game, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth or moisture to clean the dirt and the grip will be restored. After games and practices most Cutters you can machine wash which is the best way to clean your gloves and restore the grip.

  • Most of our gloves are machine washable and dryable. We actually recommend washing them regularly, which will clean the C-TACK®and continually restore the grip. Machine wash on cold water cycle with non-bleach detergent. To remove odor, we suggest washing with a tablet of anti-bacterial denture cleanser.

Payment and Checkout Errors


  • Currently we accept the following forms of payment:

  • All billing addresses must be in the US. The billing address you enter must match the address your bank has on file; we send this information to your bank for verification, and we cannot override their response if it does not match. If you feel you are entering your address correctly, please call the 1-800 number on the back of your card, ask for either the Fraud or Authorizations Department and have them verify what your address is on file. If you have more than one address on file (most common with PO Boxes and after moving to a new home) one of those addresses will likely need to be deleted from the bank’s system. Please use the exact address they provide for your billing address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


  • Unfortunately we do not ship to international addresses. Our site does not accept international cards and we are unable to accommodate each country’s customs and duties requirements.



USE IN PLAY


  • We are glove experts. Cutters are crafted from the highest quality materials for the best performance and durability. Our gloves are made with our exclusive C-TACK® Performance Grip Material, where the grip is part of the material ‚ not a post application. Other gloves may look similar, but other companies typically use different applications on their gloves that results in an inferior grip, and a grip that will peel off, will wear out more quickly, and does not self-restore.

  • Yes, you can see Cutters in NFL games. In the NFL, Cutters are the All Black, All White, and Solid Color gloves.

  • Yes, they are. All of our football gloves are marked with Meets NOCSAE Standard logo to confirm to officials that Cutters meet the required standard.

  • Cutters are generally available in sizes in Adult-Small through Adult XX-Large, as well as some styles that are offered in Youth Sizes. Use the size chart on our product pages to find the right size for you.
